Default ecu is being faggish/ iat problem

my ecu tells me whats up with my iat sensor so i checked it and its fine, then i checked the wires and one was bad so i replaced the one going to the ecu with my own and it still has the same problem

is it possible that my iat sensor is sort of working but not enough to make my car run right or is it more likely that i have the wrong ecu or that the info isnt getting to it because i took the iat sensor out and it ran much different and all so im pretty sure its doing something

crx si, stock intake manifold, stock ecu- i think pr9 or something obd0 for sure all i did was wire it the right way according to the manual because the dumbass i bought my car from had it messed up the oxygen sensor wasnt even plugged in anyways

before- no oxygen sensor in exhaust wires messed up-------car runs but revs slow because too rich

after- oxygen sensor hooked up wires in place according to manual---------car starts and revs faster, but all of a sudden dies

before it threw a 6, 10, 13
now it only throws a 10
you would think my car would run better now, but i beg to differ.......................
please help me this is my first car
