Default HELP WITH B16 SWAP!

i just put a b16a2 into my 95 civic coupe.... i used the stcok harness and ecu
...now when i went to start the motor up it starts but starts reving up to 3-4 grand and goes back down...up and down up and down...i thought timing was off but i reset it and it is dead on now....i replaced the tps sensor thinking maybe that was it...still same problem...im lost right now on what it is..im pretty sure its a sensor or a harness/ecu problem but i dunno what im looken for anymore...please give me some ideas on what it might be

It sounds like it is definatley a vacuum leak. Look at all your vacuum lines make sure none of them are punctured or unplugged. That is the only thing that I can think of. That is what usally indicates up and down reving. The other thing it could be is your throttle cable make sure it is adjusted right or no pinched.
