SRS Light

okay, ive searched, but no luck. my srs light was on, i reseted it, not its off, but the problem is that everything else still doesnt work (cruise, hazards, horn, etc) why is this?

wait, i think i found the answer. (the reel in the steering column) im going to check it out tomorrw

i bought my civic and the srs light is on since i bought it how do you reset it?
