Default Green Machine Fuel Catalyst...anyone heard of this?

I discovered this product at a 'tree-hugging' convention they had at my school. I had just given blood and was a little woozy and got suckered into this thing. However I ran acrosss this interesting product. It either sits in your tank (what I would prefer) or they have an inline system (I don't think it replaces the fuel filter but not sure). I'll send you the link to their brochure but it looks like it breaks apart or combines the carbon atoms for maximum combustion. I'll try to get my chemistry professor to take a look at it (he's got a PH. D) but its got government backing and tons of studies.

They claim 20% better fuel efficiency and better performance because you can advance you timing. There's a local sales guy that I might give a call. The prices on the online brochure are quite a bit higher, the local brochure list the inline F200 model (F100 is restricted for 100hp or less!) for $170 and the 6T in tank model for $150.

Anyways I want to know if anyone has seen this or used it. I'd like something more constructive than, "looks like a crock of ****" or "doesn't work."
