do they both come on at once or what? i have a 90 integra rs an i dont think mine work , my car runs right opn the half way and never moves

 

Do you have A/C? The A/C one comes on when you turn on the A/C.

 

and the other comes on when the coolant temp goes up. if you keep the hood open and there's any kind of a breeze, it may not come on. a lot of times even here in FL if i leave the hood open and the car running that alone will keep the car cool.
