Default low after market gearing

Hi Guys, I am new and thank your for accepting me.

Recently, I asked ATS to see if they got 4.92 diff for my 1990 LS b18a cable integra. They said no. Unless I ordered more than 50.

So I appreciate if any knows that I can get aftermarket low gearing?

Thanks

You must mean high gearing, right? Or short gearing.

Check out http://www.gearspeedinc.com/

They might have something. He is also a member on this site. His username is "GearSpeedEF7"

Aside from changing the FD, have you considered swapping transmissions?

1) convert from cable to hydro. gear choices are much larger. you could use B16/ITR gears with either 4.785 or even 4.9 ATS FD. that's GOTTA be short enough for you.

2) keep your stock brakes, and get some 14" wheels and order up some 40-series tires. a 195/40R14 tire would lower your gear ratios the same amount as going from your stock 4.40 final drive to a final drive of ~4.97. so just get some super low profile tires and you'd be set. and besides, this option saves you tons of work and CRAPLOADS of money. no cable to hydro conversion, no hydro transmission to buy, no $900 ATS gears to buy, etc.
