ahh 3/16-17? cool. i should be there also. not sure if we're getting the full track by then. I'm told it's 10 days from today which is 6th, which would make... NASA NorthCal to be the first club to have the full config again. I sure miss it.

the current short track (about 1.8 miles) is where turn 9 connects to turn 1, and the temp paddock is right by turn 7.

It will be very cool to drive the full course! I will have to remember how to drive 10 & 11.
Grumpy & Frank, I would like to meet you guys. I will be there on Sunday for the enduro. I have the #11 E2 car. It is a yellow Civic with black bumpers. Stop by & say Hi.

I'll be there both days, trying to understand the "West Coast NASA Philosophy" and how we can apply it to the "East Coast NASA Philosophy".

I'll be the fat ugly guy, hard not to miss.

Dang.. Finally. I would love to have my first NASA novice training on those days but unfortunately, we have a DYNO DAY BAY AREA MEET on the 16th. Frank, when's the next event?

grumpy: how long now has NASA-VA became part of the NASA family? The NASA-LA felt very much like NASA-NorthCal. Everything was familiar. Hmm, perhaps I shall get to VIR to do an event sometimes... in anycase, see you @ SP.

ohh my goodness, dyno day vs. track. that's an easy choice buddy! heheh. the weekend after is http://donutzracing.com @ thunderhill 3/22/02 I will be there also but I'm already instructing my friend there so I'll be busy probably. but they have other good instructors available and I can give you rides in some of the sessinos.

thill is in willows, ca just 1.5 hour away (125 miles from berkeley).

Nice! Let me get my helmet first then I'll join the club. I can either be an SCCA or NASA member to be able to join the intructor led course, right? How much do they go by again?

NASA-Virginia has been around seriously since 1999. We do HPDE and road racing. We did our first enduro at VIR last month.
