What size injectors for my turbo h23a motor?

What size injectors for my turbo h23a motor?
I will be running 5-7lbs of boost on my h23a real soon and was wondering if any of you veterans have any suggestions on what size/type of injectors to put on my lude. Thanks.

you really need to think about the future of the project if -7 is it and will be for ever then 550s should be fine, but any more than 8 psi and those 550s are approching past optimuim duty cycle

Some people that i've talked to said that if i'm only running around 5-7 lbs of boost I should just use my stock injectors. is this true? How will it affect my engine?
