Default suspension

Im thinking about getting some H&R Sport Spring Set with a 1.75/1.5 inch drop on my 96 Accord Ex(75k miles)with Low Profile Falken Tires and 17 inch HPD rims. I have factory shocks/struts on there. Will i have to install new ones or will the ones i have work fine. Or can i get away with it even though new ones will perform better, but thats an obvious statement that new ones will perform better. Help me out if you can, thanks

newer racing struts like kyb's would be the better decision then going stock struts.. however most will say u will get a crappy ride with stock struts.. personally me.. mines lowered 2 inches down with new stock struts (i bougt at autzone, just front not back) and it works perfectly fine and i have had them fro 3 months *knocks on wood* a good ride.. however i really want racing struts made for lowere cars.. just because it goes with lowered cars.. like peanut butter and jelly do on bread

u can also check ou tthe basic accord thread for suspension
