Integra Fog bumper

have you ever heard of something called a fog bumper im planning on installing some usdm itr parts on my gsr and i came across this car http://perso.wanadoo.fr/hondar...8.jpg
i was sondering does anyone know where i can get one?

In my honest opinion. I think the car looks better and cleaner without it.
