Default stock dynoes

hey guys just had some questions....first off what should stock b20 vtecs and ls vtecs dyno at....and what kind of ecu should i use if i were to convert my 00 si to obd1....some people told me i should use a chipped p28, some say i should use a p30 and some say a p72....

The ecu doesn't matter, they will all run the engine the same when you chip and tune them. Some have things the others don't, like the P30 has the knock sensor, the P72 has the intake butterflies, the P28 is cheaper and easier to find, etc.
