Default Skunk2 vs. Ground Control coil overs

I already have a sey of Koni yellows sitting in my closet and I'm looking to order some coilovers next. Out of these 2 brands which ones would be the better choice?? I'm only looking to lower my DA by about 2"-2.5". Its mostly a street car that I auto X also. What spring rate should I get if I go with the GC's?? Here's a list of the rest of my suspension mods if it makes a difference-
-front and rear upper and lower strut bars
-front and reay S/T sway bars
-C pillar bar
-Koni Yellows

With that known which coil overs should I go with?? If its the GC's, what spring rates????

If you dont mind I am going to add a question to your question.

Does anyone know the spring rates for the skunks?? And what about Omnis???

The only reason I am adding to this is I have been thinking about the same things, trying to compare the GC's Skunks and Omnis.

The Skunk2's, if I remember correctly, were 500F/400R for Integras. This was a while ago though. I don't know if they have the same rates.

Your probably better off with going with GC as they make a special adapter to fit the koni shocks for an almost perfect fit. I hear other coilovers have a slight fitment issue (though, not anything to raise a flag over). I havent tried the rest, so I cannot knock them. But I do have the koni/gc combo sitting in my room waiting to be installed. I ended up woth 350f/450r, but its hard to recommend a spring rate for anyone. With that you will have to do some research yourself. But, your probably better off with OTS rates (I think 350f/280r) and see what it feels like and go from there. The eibach springs are only $59 a piece in any rate.

The skunk2's are 8k in back and 10k in front. Some people say they are too stiff, but i love them and i daily drive my car. for skunk2.

if u are slamming more than like 2.5 then skunks are bad cause they are a progressive spring so they bounce....

progressive springs are hard on the ends and soft in the middle for a soft ride
