Default Ground Control spring rate question

I'm looking into a GC/Koni coilover setup and I've read a bunch of reviews and searched, but I would like a suggestion on spring rates. It's for a 98 Prelude and I'm looking to get rid of all the wheel gap(or most of it) and want a comfortable ride(I occasionally go downtown and out to the country, plus the roads around here are pretty shitty.) But also do not want performance to suffer.

So what would be the best spring rate for me to get in front and rear for my situation. Thanks in advance.

you have to make a decision if you want a soft, forgiving ride, or if you want performance...

go with something in between 300-500, that wont go wrong for you...its a pretty good median....

Get the same rates front and back. If you're going that low I'd go with at least 450 and deffinatly koni yellows. Anything else will airate and give horrible slamming on rough pavemnet.

I want performance but also the roads here suck, so I don't want my car smashing into the ground at every little bump.
