ok i jsut got this clutch in my crx about 2 months ago when i first put it in it was ok sounded like it sliped a lil bit but it engauged from the floor so fast.So a friend told me that all i gotta do is break it in for about 500 miles and im good.Well i got about 150 to 200 miles and this bitch still feels like a stock clutch.But the weird thing about it is maybe its not fully engauging or somthing its like everytime i tightin my clutch cable all the way down it wont go into gear when running and if i loosin it a lil bit it goes into gear but it slips bad then if i loosin it all the way it the pedal gets so loose it wont go into gear but if i tightin it a lil bit it grips alright its really confusing and its pissing me off i have headers full ni catback short throw and cold air intake new dizzy and relay and wires and i still cant catch second i know i got the power but when i hit second the car sounds like this ( 1 gear) (hhmmmmmmmmmmmm) (2 gear) (whhhhhaaaaammmmhhmmmmmmm) ok thats the best i can explain it its pissing me off bad has anyone else had this problem would the clutch cable have anything to do with it not griping like a stage 1 PLEASE HELLLPPP!!!!!!

Im confused..... so when you disengage the clutch do the rpm's clime but the mph stay the same.

 

yeah its like it dosent grip worth **** if you slam on it and then throw it in 2 gear it slips so bad that you gotta let go of the gas and give it time to grip sorry for the bad typing. bump bump any ideas guys

 

could be a throw out bearing.

 

either that or u contaminated the disk when u put it in
