On a b16a head I flow benched it. Stock was around 250 cfm. The outcome was 275 cfm. It's relatively cheap. 30+ years of PnP experience v8's to imports. Turn around is 2 days and its shipped.

We are now doing some basic headwork, light porting, opening up around the valves, custom valve grind angles, and resurfacing. I should have some numbers to report soon on a GSR w CTR pistons and one of our heads. If you are looking to have the head sent out let me know and I can talk to a friend of mine that did my CRX head for me and see how much he would charge for a full race head.
