I just purchased type r cams but i dont think they are type r!!

Default I just purchased type r cams but i dont think they are type r!!
I just got itr cams off of ebay and the guy said they came from a 2000 jdm itr. Both cams have oem cam gears which have pr3 written on them and both the exhaust cam and the intake cam have 3 protruding ring and one ingraved ring. I have searched and found that some people say these are gsr and others say they are b17 cams, but i need to know for sure so i can get my money back. thanks
