PCT's, BC3+ and headwork.....Hmm?

Is 180-190 whp obtainable from a B16a2 with this mild set-up?
PCTs, flat face valves 11:8 comp
Street port
BC3+, full valvetrain
????

Basically we are looking to pull another 20-30 whp on the dyno. Possible? yay or nay??

IMO go with BC4's or M22x's with that CR

I think we can achieve 185+ SAE whp ...if not, then a hefty midrange N/A power curve
