Default Thinking about cams...

Ive done some research on the Crower 404's ..im interested in doing them..im currently spraying and that it might be a good way to add more N/A power when im off the bottle. Does anyone have these...did some searches..but i want more info such as what kind of numbers people are putting down, how difficult the tuning was, and maybe what anyone ran in the 1/4th. I saw a video on here a while back with a grey integra with 404's and it sounded mean as hell.. i love lopey idles. But i cant seem to locate it. anyone seen this?
