Default sooo happy(not tech related though)

well i was bored today n lookin at my car n i decided to take off my black housing turn signals and put the oem ambers back in when i noticed that there was an extra wire harness just chillin behind there not plugged into anythin. nothin was missin a plug so i know its not that they just werent plugged in. so of course i got all excited wondering if these were for the oem fogs. am i right? is my car prewired for the fogs? if u guys want a pic ill take one but i dont know how to host it so ill email to some1 that will be able to if they want. thanks guys
