Couple of small dents (can't really tell)
one little tiny rip on the back seat. (Can you fix it?)
Need new brakes I believe (Press on the brake it shakes a little)
White
No oil leak or burn oil.
Run like a champ
She wont' go any lower than $9200. Someone already offer her $9000. Maybe $9100

Sounds like a keeper, although the rip in the rear seat may be an issue later. It's got all the goodies (ABS ect) so, yes, go for it.

Leather's a difficult repair, you might direct your inquiry to a local Auto Upholstry shop. If it's on a seam, no problem. If it's in a 'panel', they may have to replace the panel or the entire cover.......

I dunno. It's not a bad deal, I guess, especially if you plan on keeping the car for a long time. Keep in mind that I'd personally prefer to take a 4 cyl. Accord with manual transmission over a V6 with automatic transmission.
Ask for the maintenance records, has she been keeping the car well maintained?
And you might consider running it by a transmission shop you know and trust, see if they can tell of any slippage or however else they test transmissions. If that goes, it will be a large expense.
Stop by a mechanic, get an estimate on the brakes.
Was the lady the principal driver of the car, and how old is she (roughly)?
Finally, keep in mind that the used car market is flooded and the prices shown on KBB / Edmunds may be off by 10% or so. And is she the one who told you that she turned down $9,000? If so, either she really doesn't need to sell the car, or she's lying.

She was in the higher 20's or low 30's. She drove Infinity G35 2005. So I figure I dont' think she is lieing about it. Anyway I decide to buy it. Nice car. I"ll post pics once I get it. Going to pick it up on Sat.

You've made yourself a good choice, I'm sure you'll enjoy many miles of use out of it.
As mentioned before, ask her if she could supply you with the Warranty and Maintenance records. With those and those maintenance records you generate (as you lovingly care for your new purchase), you'll be in a far better position to ask for help from American Honda if anything goes ^&%$(#$ in the future. Honda's a stand-up company, and they won't run away from a customer who buys their cars and maintains them. They're always looking for the repeat customer, and customer service is very important to them.

sounds good, but never a bad idea to have a trustworthy mechanic check it out. i've always done that on every used car and it's a safe thing to do. mileage is certainly nice. i bought my wife an 01 V6 cpe w/ 53k about 6 months ago for $15k. i'd say go for it
