Default Idle/overheating problem F'ing BS

Alright I let my car run for 15 min outside of my buddies house, and I come back and theres smoke coming out of my car, and its idling 800-1200 up and down, and I pop the hood, my coolant is low as ****. Now I go to drive for next day or 2 and the ****** thing is overheating like nobodys business. Ive cleaned my iacv, and the fitv I tightened the center thing. When im sitting at a light or somethin, if im in nuetral and put pressure on any gear it will stop idling messed up..... i duno any help would be appreciated.

dont want to be an ***, but did you replace the coolant, and if you did is there a leak. ex: no puddle of coolant anywhere?

I refilled coolant after I left his house, and I found out today its still leaking somewhere, b/c it was low again. Then my dumbass paniced and opened radiator cap and coolant went everywhere.

Did you make sure to bleed the air bubbles out of the system when you were refilling it? That will cause major problems if there are air pockets in the system.

my guess would be to find your coolant leak, bleed the system and then clean your throttle body and throttle plate..

Possibly a blown head gasket.

Check the oil, see if it looks milky.
