How do you maintain the rag top?

I have a y05 S2000 that is exposed to the elements of South Florida all year round. I would like to know how to clean and preserve the rag top. Any ideas?

I just got a Porsche conv. top maintenance kit from my brother for my b-day. It's got a wash, conditioner, treatment, etc. Looks like it should do the job. I'm going to apply it this weekend. Right now, water does not bead up at all. Others have used 303 and it's also highly recommended. Try searching here or at s2ki

Yeah, like YEAR2000_S2000 said, careful with the wax. I have a couple of little stains on my top. Hopefully, the cleaner will get rid of it.

Keep it out of the sun as much as possible, which means leaving the top down when the suns out.

Did we? I wasn't even trying. I recommended "top-down" for his top, and Meguiars for his seats. Maybe some sunblock for his soon-to-be-cancerous skin?

I use 303 Aerospace Protectant. A lot of people on s2ki.com like it as well.
