Default Two Questions! Gas Mileage - GSR Cluster

Alright - I have searched for both of these BTW!
This may be a noob question.. but here goes nothing
I have a h23 swapped into a gsr - my tachometer does not work because there is not a plug for it in the back, i only have 2 plugs, does that mean i need to get a prelude cluster?? does it require only two plugs? or do they not change that when you do an engine swap??

Also - Out of 10 gallons of gas, im getting 160 miles. terrible gasmileage!!!
Is the car flooding or using too much gas? how does everyone tell??
I read up on gas mileage posts and i used seafoam, i have not replaced my plugs wires or any thing like that mainly because my magnicore plugs are 90 dollars to replace and they are decently new, I read something about a EGR plugs or what not, and i will try to see if i cannot get into those and clean them out cause im sure they are dirty, but does anyone have any ideas on how to get better gas mileage?
Thanks for any advice!!

not so sure but if u swapped an h23 in and didnt like retune it or adjust timing and what not wouldnt that affect ur air/fuel ratio? try that and see if it helps

Ive read all the posts on gas mileage - and unless i searched incorrectly, i know how to drive for better gas mileage - but im curious as to what to fix to get the car running better than 16mpg. O2 sensor? different filter for air intake? maybe i am feeding the engine too much fuel?? what are some physical things i can change to help my car run better and more efficiently?
