You mean the stud is loose? It shouldn't be!
Or do you mean there's play between the wheel holes and the stud? That's normal.
Check the metal cover that goes over the caliper. Sometimes they crack and rattle.

ok... I guess I didnt explain very good...
but like
when i took the tire off... you kno those 4 metal thread things stickin out of the rotor.... well i can move those by pressin on them and was wonderin if that was normal...but when i put my tire on it...there is no play at all ?? so i was like...hmm i dont kno what is goin on

It could be the brake pad moving on the piston. The rear piston has a cross on it and the pad has a nipple that sits right in the middle of it. But that makes more of a squeaking noise.
Sticking out of the hub you mean, right? and no, those definately shouldn't be loose, losing a wheel while driving is one of the last things you EVER want to happen
So, what would I have ro replace.... the Rotor ... ? it cant be the pad...looks fine, I'll try to see if it's the whole pad shiftin tomorrow ( wednesday) and ill update the info for you guys along with pics and possibly a short film of the movement of the 4 threads

Just so we're all on the same page here - the 'threads' are called studs . There are 4 of them and your lug nuts fasten to them to keep you wheels on - and NO they should not move. They probably haven't fallen off yet, since with the lugnuts on, they wont come out - until they break, which is very likely if they have come loose. If you don't know how to fix them, it's best to take them to a mechanic and have them replaced IMMEDIATELY.
