How do you know the bulbs are fine? Are you just assuming they're fine?

why don't you just pull out the fuses one at a time and see if any are broken?

If you don't know where your headlight switch is, how do you know if they're working or not?

The headlight fuse should be under the hood.

I do not have a picture of the fuse layout, but the headlight fuse is underneath your dash. They are 10AMPs.. 2 for lowbeams and 2 for high beams. The fuses are red and should be 4 lined up next to each other.
