H22 BAR'd Swap: Which turbo kit do I need and is smog/CARB legal?

So I have a Acura CL with a BAR'd h22 2000 swap. I want to go turbo while staying smog legal (this is my only car and my daily driver), but I'm not sure which turbo kit to get. I've been looking around and saw that the Greddy kit is carb exempt, but only for the 97-99 models. Are there any turbo kits that are carb exempt for a 2000? I hope so...

Never mind, did a more thorough search and there is no CARB legal turbo kit for the Prelude..

I checked the CARB website and there are no EOs for a turbo kit for a Prelude. The Greddy website says "most" of their kits are legal, unfortunately not including the Prelude..damn. Maybe I'll put a turbo kit on anyway..
