I'm thinking of switching my 3 piece wing back to stock or just going with a type R spoiler,they pretty clean looking,can you guys post pictures of tegs with R spoilers?This will help me decide what I may be switching to.

Thanks,I like that spoiler because it looks agressive but not overkill,The reason its taking so much consideration is because they have to fill the holes from the 3 piece and almost paint the whole back of the car,trunk qters ect,have you installed any type of 3rd brake light?

 

are those oem spoiler??.. they look clean and nice~~... by the way, i love those rims~~

Thats why it looks nice as hell,the only issue is the 3rd break light,I don't want to be harrased by the pigs,and the Oem break light mounts threw the hatch windows,so i was looking for an easier way,maybe velcro or double sided tape,any info?

 

i have had this mod for a year and a half with no hassles from the cops (KNOCK ON WOOD )

 

Cool,but if anyone has done this please feel free to add info.The exhaust and tints is too much attention as it is for the BACON

what you would do is take the 3rd brake light from an ls or a type r.........thats it.........

 

My point is,Its mounted threw the window,as in drilled threw,thats why I'm wondering what i would have to do velcro or double sided tape,or drill it to the plastic in the back.

Don't go around w/ no center brake light. If you have to get a replica ITR wing w/ LED brakelight, do it. So it's not OEM ITR, big freakin' deal whooptee doodah. I, and I'm sure other people, notice the 3rd brakelight first when behind cars, so not having one or having a non-functional one is

Yea but the one with the LED looks a little ricy thats why I'm trying to get my hands on an LS break light and fabricate it in the hatch.Just tryin to see if anyone has done it thats all.I figure there are alot of kids that have this wing and has to have been done by some one.

Huh? How would having a light that's supposed to be back there ricy? So the LED in the stock GS-R wing is ricy, too? I'd rather have that than the LS assembly which obstructs more of the rear view than the LED does.

 

With the LED in my opionion,you have this long break light like 2 feet above the car,i would rather have a small one in the back window.The stock one is nice and clean and it site low.
