Sup HOnda-Tech peeps! well I wanna go all honda factory parts so what do you guys recomend i use? CTR, ITR and theres another one whice is the itr jspec camshafts? which do you guys think is the best? I have the valve spring set already and titanium retainers, just want to make up my mind on these 3 choices, any opinion on this would be greatly appreciated.

JDM ITR cams = USDM ITR cams (or very close to especially those from 00-01 ITRs)
CTRs have same exhaust cams as ITR cams (JDM and USDM),
but the intake CTR cam has 3 degrees more duration, but some have purchased the 00-01 USDM ITR cams and they are identical to the CTR but at $40-90 less then CTR
my choice would be 01 USDM ITR cams (both intake and exhaust) or go with some aftermarket cam such as Zex, Crower or Skunk2 which offer better specs and since your valve train is able to handle it no problems there

Like he said don't spend more for 3 degrees duration on a set of CTR cams. A set of ITR cams (which ARE the same as the JDM ITR cams) will work well for you.
thanks alot eg6ajk and itr0045! 3 degrees for 30 40+ bucks is just too much i think in my own opinion . 01 usdm itr cams is what I'm getting
