Rear Disc brake upgrade

What is the recomended brake master cylinder when upgrading a 99 to rear disc brake? 44100-SH4-A11? Will this cylinder fit the booster for 99 Civic?

what model do you have? The EX MC is the same as the Si.. or so I'm told. So you either need an EX or an Si MC and you also need an Si Porportioning valve to split the juice to the rears. 40/40
