need to know about this gear swap!!!!
I have a 95 b18c engine and tranny in my car (not sure about the tranny code, or if its different between the JDM and USDM gsr trannys). Anyways i have been looking into an ls 5th gear swap since i drive highway alot and read that the 5th main and counter gears from a 90 ls will fit in a b16 tranny and i was wondering if they will also fit in mine. Also if not then can anyone supply the details and part numbers for the right gears??

yes, 5th gear will work from a 90 ls into a b16a trans.
