i am looking into getting a throttle body. i have talked to a couple shops in my area and one swears by g sport, saying they dont stick, unlike the str and bbk. the other shop says skunk2. so i was wondering if any of you have had any problems with your skunk2 throttle body. thanks.

I love mine. It's the Pro-series 68mm plus the S2 intake manifold. No problems. Can't say how the gain is because I also added S2 cams at the same time .

 

i have a SKUNK2 PRO series 66mm on the S2 PRO series IM (Port matched to 66mm). no problems with sticking, but i dont think the idle screw works. i turn it all the way open and all the way close and it does nothing.
also the adjustment stop nut on the TB is a bitch to get too is the TB is already bolted in the car. i just removed the adjustment nut from the TB and my idle is perfect (750rpm) with no sticking

thanks for the info guys. i will be getting a 68mm gsport or skunk2, whichever i can find cheaper.
