Default who here has jun3s... and what fuel pressure do you run

Do not tell me to dyno, i cannot. I will once i can, but for the time being i cannot. I need just a temporary fuel pressure, until I do something about my block, for the street. Im running 50 with fuel line on right now, it seems okay. I am running a skunk2 chipped ecu btw. from joecash.

on my motor, I'm running 50psi on 310cc injectors w/ stock fuel pump.

mike m. has 60psi on 310s on stock pump. he has 440cc injectors and a toyota supra fuel pump on the way. hondata will make it idle like butter.

if you have stock injectors, crank it. like 55psi+

I am running type-3's and 51 PSI of fuel pressure. I am still running rich (I also have the JUN ECU if that makes a differance). I may have to lean out the top-end with my V-afc when I hit the dyno next week.

Hey Mike K
I realise that I need to upgrade my stock 240 CC/min injectors, what do you suggest, the 310's or the 440's? I using hondata with my Jun 3's.

In the meanwhile, what is the highest fuel pressure that I can run on the stock injectors without risking injector failure. I know that the boosted guys run upwards of 100 PSI with an fuel pressure riser, so I am assuming that 60 PSI will be fine until the new injectors come in.

60-65psi is not a problem.

Would you say that 50 PSI on stock injectors is inadequate? Is it necessary to upgrade from stock and will there be any performance gains?

Miguel

Get some 310s. They will deliver the same amount of fuel you're getting now at a lower pressure. Probably like 45psi or so.

I just purchased some 440's from Boosted Hybrid......I know that the Hondata can make the idle stock even though these are huge compared to the stock 240's. I should be able to keep the fuel pressure at stock with these......

when I ran 60psi on my stock injectors the pressure fell off to 55psi around 5000rpm. The stock fuel pump can only handle 55max, at least on my car. I got prelude injectors in my car with JUN 2's and it runs plenty of fuel.
