boucing idle after engine is warmed up

boucing idle after engine is warmed up
my idle will only bouce at idle after the car has fully warmed up(1000rpm-1400rpm). i believe it started to happen after i installed my 255lph fuel pump. it bumped my fuel pressure from 38 to 50ish. i tried the following things to fix it but didnt work.
fuel filter
spark plugs (gap at .028)
spark wires
clean IACV
Clean and check Fitv
Cap and Rotor
valve adjustment
adjusted tps to stock spec
no vacuum leak(boost gauge reads -20 the whole while it bouces
my current setup is a 94 eg with the following mods
JDM b16a sir2
450cc injector
p28 chipped with a street tune
garret t3/t04e 57trim .63a/r
rev hard manifold and downpipe
if anyone can give me some tips on what to do that be great
