Default Tailight please respond!!!!

I am using my dads 1998 Honda Civic EX SRS or something it's a 2 door and I hit into something tonight and chipped the left tail light. A peice of that plastic is missing. Do I need to get a new tail light or can I just get it fixed?? I need answers ASAP because I have to return the car soon and if he finds out he will be so mad.

Thanks so much!!

Well if he doesnt look at the taillights ever you could use red tape but yea there really is no way to repair it unless your awesome with fabrication skills, you can find those in junk yards though

lol just go to a junkyard and tell them wat u need ... then pay them and take it to ur boyfriend.. im sure he can change a tail light.. its only a few clips and screws that hold on the panel covering the tails .. then like 4 or 5 bolts i think... none the less itll take less than 10 minutes...

No junk yards anywhere near me had one so I had to order one from this one junk place. It was 70$. It's brand new. Does that price sound decent? He's gonna put it in for me too.

The guy who ordered it for me will install it for free. My boyfriend could also do it and my step dad so the installing is no problem.
