if you hydrolock ur car will the insurance compay consider it totaled? I got a 99 dx

no, i haven't done it, however it's not cheap getting it running again after engine abuse lik e that... what have u...

They should pay to get the car running again depending upon the resrictions in your insurance policy.

Your insurance company isn't going to pay for your car if it gets hydrolocked. You've taken your stock intake off and replaced it with a cold air (I'm assuming) which will also void any warrantee.

Your best and ONLY bet is putting your stock intake back on, going to your insurance company for an audit and then hold your ***** and pray.
