i put a gsr in my eg coupe about a month ago and it was buring some oil. i could see it when i get on it and smell it too. i relpaced the valve seals and it still does it but worse. if i drive it and stop at a light then go normal ill leave a blue cloud at the light. is it the rings? did leak down test everything seemd good.

You should probally do a compression test to check you rings

you did the leakdown wrong. if you have a cloud of blue smoke and couldnt find a problem with the leakdown test you/the tester are wrong.

what were your leakdown numbers?

wrong!. If you have a bad oil control ring how does that show up on a compression test since all your compression rings are still good. I am betting the leakdown test was done wrong. and from personal experience I bet its the oil rings. My motor is going through the same thing right now with my gsr. compression was 190/190/180/190 and dyno'ed 156.4whp, and i burn oil exactly like the poster mentions.
