whenever its cold outside, my steering wheel feels really stiff. whenever it's hot outside, it feels loose. wtf is going on?

i've posted this question on other forums and no one knows the answer.

Is it possible the power steering fluid warms up so its easier to turn on a hot day and on a cold day its thicker so its harder to turn cuz it works just like hydrolics.. or if it doesnt have power steering the racks oil could be doing the same thing
