Default I give up, someone help me with this running rich problem!

We have just swapped a 97 B20B motor into my friends 98 Integra LS. His LS ran great, no problems. So we go to start the B20 and it just bogs, misfires and blows out unburnt fuel when it idles. When we get the car to high RPM's it runs like it should. There is NO cel. We have switched ECUs, put the LS Fuel Rail, Injectors, FPR, new cap, rotor, wires on it. The motor feels to have great compression. Also we started it with brand new plugs for 20 seconds and it fouled them out. I have searched and went over everything. Ignition timing isnt set perfect but is close to what it should be, Cam timing is directly on, it has fuel in the car, all injectors and cylinders are firing. We sprayed eather(sp?) around the intake manifold area and no change in idle. So I dont have any idea what is wrong with this car. HELP!

Did you check the valve clearances?

No we did not. Another note is that he did add a 95 LS Intake cam when he did it. We played with the ignition timing and got nothing different. He also changed out the MAP sensor and TPS. The engine runs different when you unplug them also so I would think their working. Still no check enigne light.

Changed cam and didn't adjust valves?

Well after changing the MAP again and re adjusting the exhaust valves she runs no less than perfect. Thanks for you help again. Compression went up to 160 PSI across the board. Motor is a JDM B20 with 8.8:1 Compression

I think that it might be your ECU... what ecu are you using??.. also... what octane gas are you pumping?... I have the same problem with my jdm b20b... just get the ecu programmed for b20 and it should run fine... hopefully... lol... fun to be running rich... get some backfire sometimes.
