Default VTEC and synthetic oil...do they "mix"?

I've heard from different sources that it is bad to run synthetic oil in VTEC motors. Is this at all true?

let's just end it all here and stop all the arguments.

synthetic oil is not bad to use.

if you have leakage or burn off, then you probably need to replace your seals, or have bad rings.

that's pretty much about it.

I heard the same argument. . . that you can't or shouldn't switch back once you start using synthetic.

man your crazy synthetic oil its great, i think it better than the normal oil, because, last month we change the rod bearings from the h22 of my brother, 3 years of ******* hard kick *** to the engine but with synthetic oil, + the use of the engine before my brother buy it, its a h22 JDM, and the bearings was so ******* new i dindt believe it, the where in pretty good conditions, we change them because we hace already buy a new set, so we put the new ones, but the old ones where the OEM ones and good looking hehehe

i dont know i recomend it
