:::QUICK QUESTION:: wheel and offset

i have a 97 ek hb. i'm about to buy some RH tracers. the size is 17x7.5 with 38 offset. will this fit nice and flush with my vehicle??? or do i HAVE to stick with 17x7. thx.!

i need at least 215/40/17 right??
17x7.5 is the size. so it should be good rightt? thx
