car won't start
so lately its been raining for like 3 days, and I'm on my way to a friends house, and things in my 95' civic DX start bugging out, the speedo and tach tweak out every once in a awhile and stero fades in and out, I figured just weak battery, but anyways, I pull in to get some gas and turn my car off, but now it does not start up, whats the deal?. Do you think the wires just get wet or water get in the engine? I have no plastic shield but I opened the hood and the air filter felt dry, ( I have a short ram) the starter clicks and I have power to the lights and things like that. should I just wait and let it dry or what? has this happened to anyone, please help
I forgot to mention, I hit a decent size puddle but it wasn't too bad from what I figured but after that I made it about 8 miles before it died

Take off the dizzy cap and make sure there is no water in there. If your filter isnt wet I doubt you hyrdolocked. If you wanna know take off the plugs and take a light and look into the cylinders, If you see water thats bad. Might just try letting it sit overnight.
