does this motor actually exist? and if it does does anyone have any information about it, and how it compares with other d series engines

 

Yes they do exist, two available. One is an OBD0 sohc non-vtec which is very similar to a D16A6. The other is OBD1 sohc vtec which is similar or identical to the D16Z6.

 

I have the obd1 zc vtec and its been a great motor, had it for 3 yrs. now and not one prob. it was running 8 psi. for 1 yr. w/ no prob.
-I got mine from http://www.ardperformance.com , paid like 600.00 plus shipping, came in very good condition and within one week!!!

 

BTW d15singlecammer , what did you run in the 1/4 mile w/ yours and what all is done to it?

 

i have a friend whos car got stolen and the only thing they found was the motor, hes sellin it now since he doesnt have a shell to put it in... here's more info on it

My brother got one of these, can you tell me wich ECU did you get?? p28??
