for springs I would suggest H&R race. header, DC JDM 4 to 1. (cost efficient, otherwise hytech,smsp,etc)...if you are planning on going turbo anytime later dont get a header. msd 7al is a good ignition, but unless theres something wrong with it i would keep the stock one. many people would say not too get the race springs and just get oe or sport, but in my opinion, 1 inch drop w/ huge fenderwell gap=

i really like eibach pro kit springs, low but not too low. as far as headers go, you can spend a lot of money on things that will only afford you a few extra hp, so do a search and make up your own mind on what to spend. my $.02.... i like my dc sports

im using H&R sports.. the ride quality is almost stock, but the drop is just where i want it, i got about a 3/4inch clearance between the tire and fender.. if i ever figure out how to post pic's i'll show ya H&R

What do you want to do with the car?

Street, auto-x, race, drag?

FI or NA?

You should be thinking in this context before spending money or asking many more ?s, so you don't get the wrong equipment and pointless answers.

Myself?

I just want a better road car (a GSR), so I'm going w/ ITR springs and KYB AGX shocks, ITR rear sway, DIY intake, DC or Comptech 4-2-1 header, ITR cat back, as well as Fastbrakes ITR brake upgrade, front and rear.

Maybe a CTR intake cam and VAFC.

YMMV.

by the way you spelled "strut" wrong in your signature. exhaust ( apex N1 is nice) and a 4 to 1 header would be good steps for your daily driven NA gizzer. then you can get some cams, cam gears and vafc.

i think its funny that you have a cold intake air (CIA), and a stock upper front STURT bar (even tho we all do...b/c its STOCK)

either way, H&R Sport get my pick for springs.
for header i, personally would say comptech 4-2-1 or jdm 4-1, everyone around here will say jdm tho

Since people are jumping on your spelling, you might edit in "strut", "CAI", and "Georgia", so they stop.

i have eibach prokit too and u won't be dissapointed...very good springs...fair drop not too low but good to get rid of wheel gap and handles nicely over stock. for the header i would suggest jdm itr 4-1 or something of that nature w/2.5in collector. aem cai is proven..good choice for intake
