Do you take out the stock headliner and then replace it with the CF one or does the CF lay over the stock headliner?

you take out the stock one, i really love it but im getting a diff car and im out of money anyway

the dusty looking stuff on the headliner is actually the reflection of my dirty carpet the headliner is FLAWLESS
