Yeah, I'm trying to find a way to relocate the ABS unit so I can get the JDM ITR HID front in my '95 DC. I've searched all over H-T and T-I, and haven't found anything. TIA

I don't want to remove it, that's why I'm asking a DIY or something to relocate it.

 

I've never seen anything on relocating the ABS unit. I'm sure it'd be a bitch, and it'd prolly never work again, heh. I've heard of people taking the bolts out of the unit, and scrunching it back like a mofock to get enough room for the ballast. Does it work? You got me, i don't see how u can scrunch it back far enough. I've also heard of people using the smaller 98+ unit.

Personally i would just relocate the ballast on the pass side, thats what i did. You'll be fine.

 

If you can get some metric flare tools, some correct tubing, and a tube bender then it shouldn't be any problem at all putting it anywhere you want to put it. Naturally you'd have to relocate/extend the wiring, but that shouldn't be an issue at all.
