this might be wrong forum but
my antenna on my 98 integra wont go down when i turn the radio off like it did before, the motor that puts the antena up and down still runs n i can hear it but the antenna doesnt please help was this a problem on all integras

 

used to happen to mine in the winter. Just get a S2000 Antenna Its cheap and looks nicer too.

 

how would i get the s2000 antena would it fit perfectly

 

Chances are the nylon rope peice that pulls the antenna up and down is stripped and you'll need to replace the antennea (not motor) assembly from your local acura dealer. Or get a jobber one from an aftermarket store and run the line to the stereo. The aftermarket one will be a fixed non-moving (up/down) antennea.
