any ideas?
Sometimes VTEC kicks in at 4500 rpm on second gear and sometimes it doesn't. It kicks in fine on 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear. Any ideas why it's not consistent on 2nd gear (most important of them all). Just noticed the difference a few days ago. JDM B18C motor

How do you know Vtec isn't engaging? Do you have some sort of indicator? It's not very easy to feel a stock Honda crossover into Vtec. Some are louder than others, and some you feel more than others.
