Default VIS carbon fiber hatch???

I saw on the VIS site they have a CF hatch for around $350.

Does anyone have this? Seen it? Pictures of it installed? There is no information whatsoever on the VIS site.

I've been wondering the same thing. I am bit skeptical though, I bet it probally flexes allot. I saw one break apart and fly off a Eclipse at the DSM shootout 3 years back, that would suck.

Yeah my main concern is the glass fitment for both pieces. I guess I could figure out the defrost and I don't really care about the wiper.

excellent item if you are a drag racer and have the money because that takes most of the weight off the rearend of the car.

if ur talking about the trunk then you are wrong. most of the weight is in the glass. the cf will probably save you all but 5 lbs

Your suppose to use lexan with it. It's not meant for your regular glass, I already talked to someone about it when they first came out.
