Default SS Brake Lines - Useless or Useful?

Are getting SS brake line worth it? I have heard from some people that all they do is improve pedal feel, but they won't make you brake faster. True?

No they won't make you brake "faster". That's still dependent on how fast you can use the brake pedal. The better better brake pedal "feel" you are referring to, is that with the SS lines, you won't have the chance of air/pressure bubble expansion that may sometimes occure with the stock lines (over time). If I'm wrong, feel free to constructively correct me w/o being an a$$.

I have SS lines. And now I hate driving anyone else's car cuz I can't stand the mushy pedal. I guess it's driver preference, like a short shifter. Personally I wouldn't go back to rubber lines.
