Block Girdle on ITR's?

Default Block Girdle on ITR's?

my motor is getting rebuilt in short future and i have a question
i know b18c5's come with one but is it worth it to get aftermarket ones?
motor will be 12:1 compression. 9K redline. not sure what's the fuel cut.

yep they are the same. If you are using an LS or B20 block then I would say yes get an aftermarket one. They are wicked nice and run about $135 on ebay, you need a GSR/ITR windage tray and Oil pickup.

drastic increase in horsepower will dictate a need to upgrade to a better block girdle. If that's the case, then I would recommend a z10, otherwise as has been mentioned above, keep it stock.
